Rich Lemon Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In a medium bowl combine 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 cup confectioners sugar.
  3. Cut in margarine until crumbly.
  4. Press into bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake 15 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile in a large bowl combine eggs, granulated sugar, baking powder, ReaLemon and remaining 3 tablespoons flour.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Pour over baked crust for 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly browned.
  9. Cool.
  10. Cut into bars.
  11. Sprinkle with additional confectioners sugar.
  12. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
