Cajun Cake Recipe

• 2 c. All purpose flour
• 1 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp Soda Healthy pinch of salt
• 2 x Large eggs
• 1 lrg Can crushed pineapple Icing
• 1 c. Sugar
• 1 c. Pecans
• 1 stk of margarine
• 1 c. Coconut
• 1 sm Can of Pet lowfat milk

1. Mix the cake ingredients together and bake in a 9x13 inch pan.
2. Icing: Combine sugar, margarine and Pet lowfat milk.
3. Boil for 5 min.
4. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and coconut.
5. Pour over cake.
