Beer Brine Recipe
- 12 sprg fresh thyme
- 6 sprg fresh rosemary
- 2 quart Beer
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 1 ounce Curing salt
- 6 x Cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 x Bay leaves
- 1 x Shallot, minced
- In a large saucepan combine cut herbs, beer, sugar, salt, garlic, bay leaves, and shallot.
- Bring mix to a boil and cook till sugar and salt have dissolved.
- Cold; chill.
