Holiday Cheese Ball Recipe

• 3 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
• 2 (4 1/2 ounce.) cans deviled ham
• 1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
• 1/4 c. finely minced olives
• 1 1/2 teaspoon Accent
• 1 tbsp. pimento
• 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
• 1 1/2 teaspoon minced chives
• 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1. Combine all ingredients; form into a ball.
2. Refrigerateseveral hrs.
3. Garnish with wreath of parsley leaves.
4. Yields 5 1/2 c..
5. This one was used to treat the office helpers at school at Christmas time - if not made and the same office helper had had it the year before - I was always asked "why not this year".
