Orange salsa
- 1/3 cup white vinager
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 2 Serrano or habbanyero peppers, diced
- 3 squeezed oranges, rine and pulp, quartered
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1/2 diced tomato
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 small onion diced
- Add all ingredients to blender, blend on chop for one minute.
- Remove to airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
- Enjoy!
