Chinese Cabbage & Bacon Milk Soup
- 2 leaves Chinese cabbage
- 1 Sliced bacon
- 1 Broccoli
- 200 ml Water
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 Soup stock cubes
- 5 grams Butter
- 1 tbsp Grated cheese
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Black pepper
- Chop the cabbage.
- Cut the bacon into 1 cm pieces.
- Put water into a pot and heat.
- Add cabbage, bacon, and broccoli, then add soup stock.
- Once the vegetables have cooked through, add milk.
- Once it's warmed again, add butter and powered cheese.
- Flavor with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to your serving plate and sprinkle black pepper and it's finished.
