Crispy Chicken 'N Rice Tomato Bake

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine rice, dressing and boiling water in 8-inch square baking dish; cover.
  3. Let stand 5 min.
  4. Meanwhile, coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package.
  5. Add tomatoes to rice mixture; mix well.
  6. Top with broccoli and chicken.
  7. Bake 45 min.
  8. or until chicken is done (165F).
  9. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 min.
  10. or until melted.
