White Jello Recipe
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 env. unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. Cold Whip
- 1/4 c. cool water
- Blend 8 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 c. of white sugar and 1/2 tsp.
- of vanilla.
- Gradually add in 1/2 c. of lowfat milk, then dissolve 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin in 1/4 c. of cool water.
- Add in boiling water to make 1 c.. Stir into above mix after slightly cooled.
- Refrigeratetill slightly thickened and mix in 1 c. of Cold Whip.
- Refrigeratein 1 1/2 qt mold.
