White Jello Recipe

  1. Blend 8 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 c. of white sugar and 1/2 tsp.
  2. of vanilla.
  3. Gradually add in 1/2 c. of lowfat milk, then dissolve 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin in 1/4 c. of cool water.
  4. Add in boiling water to make 1 c.. Stir into above mix after slightly cooled.
  5. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened and mix in 1 c. of Cold Whip.
  6. Refrigeratein 1 1/2 qt mold.
