Vegetable-Beef Soup

  1. Brown and drain ground beef, then place all ingredients listed into crock-pot.
  2. Heat to boiling, then simmer all day or overnight.
  3. Serve.
  4. Makes approximately 6 1/2 large soup bowls. Diabetic exchanges:
  5. 1 cup = 1 starch, 1 ounce meat and 1 fat.
