Sausage & Beef Ravioli Filling

  2. Brown the onion in the olive oil until turning translucent.
  3. Add the garlic.

  5. Add both sausage and beef, break into very small pieces and cook through.

  7. Add spices and seasonings, remove from heat.
  8. Drain and cool.
  9. In a food processor, add ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, and the sausage/ground beef mixture.
  10. Process together until it reaches an almost paste-like consistency.
  11. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  12. Can also be frozen.
