Oven-Fried Chicken Fingers and Fries

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch-thick strips; place in large bowl.
  3. Add dressing and cheese; toss to coat.
  4. Spread onto large rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake 12 min.
  6. Meanwhile, coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package.
  7. Turn potatoes; spoon to one end of baking sheet.
  8. Place chicken on other side.
  9. Bake 15 min.
  10. or until potatoes are tender and chicken is done (165 degrees F).
  11. Meanwhile, mix mustard and honey until blended.
  12. Serve chicken with mustard sauce and potatoes.
