Coffee Infused Lamb
- 14 ounces, weight Lamb Or Tender Mutton
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vinegar
- 3 teaspoons Instant Coffee Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Oil, Plus More For Shallow Frying
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Marinate the lamb or mutton pieces with the remaining ingredients and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours.
- Heat pan and add some oil (not too much).
- When oil is hot, cook lamb till the marinade turns to a sauce, about 20 minutes.
- (I covered it with a lid so that the meat was thoroughly cooked, soft and very tender.)
- Serve hot.
