Coffee Infused Lamb

  1. Marinate the lamb or mutton pieces with the remaining ingredients and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours.
  2. Heat pan and add some oil (not too much).
  3. When oil is hot, cook lamb till the marinade turns to a sauce, about 20 minutes.
  4. (I covered it with a lid so that the meat was thoroughly cooked, soft and very tender.)
  5. Serve hot.
