Avocado Pasta

  1. Pulse basil and garlic in food processor.
  2. Add avocado flesh, lemon juice (half a lemon), and water and blend until smooth.
  3. Cook pasta to directions on package.
  4. Drain pasta, then return pasta to pot.
  5. Mix the sauce into the pasta.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
