Oven Pasta With Mushrooms and Cheese, Italian Style

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add in onion, garlic, and mushrooms; saute 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add in tomatoes, parsley, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper; simmer about 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart lightly greased casserole.
  5. Add in fusilli and fontina; mix well.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan; bake in a 350 oven, uncovered, for about 40 minutes or until bubbly.
