Fish Rosettes

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Wrap one strip of flounder around each cube of salmon to form rosettes; secure with toothpicks.
  3. Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  4. Arrange onions on bottom of dish; place rosettes on top of onions.
  5. Combine salt, paprika and pepper in small bowl; sprinkle over fish and onions.
  6. Add tomato sauce to baking dish.
  7. Dot fish with butter.
  8. Bake 45 min or until fish flakes with a fork; baste with tomato sauce every 15 min while baking.
