Asian Pork And Ginger Stir Fry Recipe
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 450 gm Pork fillet, cubed (1lb)
- 2 Tbsp. Cornflour
- 275 gm Broccoli, cut into small florets (10z)
- 1 x Red pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp Cornflour
- 2 tsp Schwartz Oriental Stir-Fry Seasoning
- 2 tsp Schwartz Grnd Ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Dark soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Malt vinegar
- 200 ml Chicken stock, (7 fl ounce)
- 175 gm Beansprouts, (6oz)
- Heat the oil in a wok or possibly a large frying pan.
- Toss the pork in 2 tbs cornflour and fry for 4-5 min till browned.
- Add in the broccoli and fry for 2-3 min and then add in the red pepper.
- Blend together the 1 tsp cornflour, Oriental Stir-Fry Seasoning, Ginger, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and stock.
- Add in to the pan and bring to the boil, stirring.
- Stir in the beansprouts and cook for 1-2 min.
