Vegetable Soup

  1. After all the vegetables are sliced add to a skillet with olive oil.
  2. Cook on medium low for 10 minutes.
  3. Add vegetables, beans, and water to a stove pot on medium.
  4. Add all seasoning until your taste preference is reached.
  5. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Add more salt and pepper for taste.
