Chili Dip

  1. In a large frying pan, brown meat.
  2. Drain off excess fat.
  3. Add onion and pepper and cook 2 minutes.
  4. Then add tomato paste, sauce and soup.
  5. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Add chili powder and stir well.
  7. Add velveeta, and stir until melted.
  8. Serve warm with tortilla chips, or over froot loops.
