Chili Dip
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 finely minced onion
- 1 red pepper, finely minced
- 4 ounces tomato paste
- 4 ounces tomato sauce
- 7 ounces tomato soup
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, sliced thin
- tortilla chips
- In a large frying pan, brown meat.
- Drain off excess fat.
- Add onion and pepper and cook 2 minutes.
- Then add tomato paste, sauce and soup.
- Bring to a simmer.
- Add chili powder and stir well.
- Add velveeta, and stir until melted.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, or over froot loops.
