Stuffed Orange Cups Salad Cam Vietnamese

• 1 orange, top 1/3 cut off, gutted
• 14 cup avocado, cut into small pieces
• 14 cup apple, cut into small pieces
• 12 cup baby shrimp
• 1 tablespoon orange juice
• 18 teaspoon honey mustard

1. cut each slice orange into 1/3rds.
2. toss with apple avocado and shrimp.
3. mix dressing toss on salad.
4. stuff orange cups.
