  1. Whip the soft butter and sugar together.
  2. Add the eggs and milk into the butter-sugar foam.
  3. Mix together dry ingredients and fold them to the batter.
  4. Fill paper baking cups with the batter and bake at 200 degrees C for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Make a thick icing from powder sugar and water and pipe it around the rasberry jam on the top of each tart.
  6. Let the icing set and then serve with a cup of coffee or tea (or punch).
