Parmesan Orzo Primavera
- 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) condensed chicken broth
- 1 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
- 2-1/2 cups chopped fresh vegetables, such as broccoli, carrots, green onions and/or red peppers
- 1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- Combine 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) condensed chicken broth, 1 cup uncooked Orzo Pasta and 1/3 cup water in large saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 7 minutes.
- Stir in 2-1/2 cups chopped fresh vegetables, such as broccoli, carrots, green onions and red peppers.
- Cook an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in 1/3 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan.
