Ghost Eater's Queso Blanco

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Cut tortillas with 2 to 2 1/2-inch Halloween-themed cookie cutters.
  3. Place onto large ungreased baking sheet.
  4. Spray cut-outs with no-stick cooking spray.
  5. Bake 5-7 minutes or until crisp.
  6. Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan until sizzling; add onion and garlic.
  7. Cook over medium heat 3-4 minutes or until softened.
  8. Reduce heat to low; add cheeses and milk.
  9. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheeses are melted.
  10. Add sour cream; mix well.
  11. Cook 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
  12. Serve warm dip with tortilla cut-outs.
