Vegetarian Stir-Fry with Spicy Peanut Sauce

  1. Whisk together first 4 ingredients until blended.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  3. oil in wok or large skillet on high heat.
  4. Add tofu; cook and stir on medium-high heat 5 to 6 min.
  5. or until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to plate.
  7. Heat remaining oil in wok.
  8. Add onions, garlic, ginger and crushed pepper; stir.
  9. Cook and stir 1 min.
  10. Add sweet peppers; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.
  11. or until crisp-tender.
  12. Return tofu to wok along with the dressing mixture; stir.
  13. Bring to boil; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  14. or until thickened.
