Spicy honey lemon green beans

  1. Bring a lot of of water to boil.
  2. Add a pinch of salt.
  3. Cook beans until tender (about 7 minutes).
  4. While beans are cooking mix lemon juice, mustard, minced garlic, honey salt, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
  5. Whisk these ingredients thoroughly then add red pepper flakes, pepper, and green onions.
  6. (I use dried peppers from the garden but feel free to use your favorite and adjust to your level of spice)
  7. Drain beans and pour vinegar over them.
  8. Stir them.
  9. allow them to sit for 10 minutes for maximum spiciness.
