Egg Custard Recipe
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Cut butter in slices and place in bottom of pie crust.
- Mix remaining ingredients together and pour into pie crust.
- Bake at 325 degrees till custard is hard, 20 to 30 min.
