Caramel-Nut Popcorn with a Kick
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) microwave popcorn
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 3/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 pkg. (11 oz.) KRAFT Caramels
- 1 cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts
- Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Microwave popcorn as directed on package; set aside.
- Mix barbecue sauce, water and hot sauce in large microwaveable bowl.
- Add caramels; stir.
- Microwave on HIGH 2-1/2 to 3 min.
- or until caramels are completely melted when stirred.
- Add popcorn and nuts; toss until evenly coated.
- Spread onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 20 min., stirring after 10 min.
- Cool completely.
- Break into small clusters to serve.
