Beef In Mushroom Gravy Recipe
- 2 lb Boneless round steak
- 2 env dry onion soup mix
- 1 x 10.75z can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. Water Mashed potatoes, optional
- Cut steak into six serving-size peices; place in a slow cooker.
- Combine soup mix, soup and water; pour over beef.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
- Serve with mashed potatoes if you like.
