Zebra Peanut Butter Cups
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 14 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 12 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup milk chocolate pieces
- 14 cup white chocolate pieces
- Melt the milk chocolate either in the microwave or a double boiler on the stove (a bowl sitting on top of a pot that has simmering water in it).
- In another bowl, beat the peanut butter and confectioners sugar on low speed until well combined.
- Stir in the graham cracker crumbs and salt.
- Pour some of the melted milk chocolate into candy molds or mini muffin tins.
- Allow to cool in the refrigerator until the shells are hardened (about 30 minutes).
- Remove from the fridge and spoon the peanut butter filling into each cup.
- Pour some of the remaining melted milk chocolate over the top to cover the peanut butter.
- Gently shake and tap the molds/tins to allow the chocolate to settle.
- Allow the cups to harden in the fridge once cooled, they should pop out of the mold easily.
- Melt the white chocolate pieces by either using the microwave or double boiler.
- Drizzle the top of each cup with the white chocolate and enjoy!
