Zebra Peanut Butter Cups

  1. Melt the milk chocolate either in the microwave or a double boiler on the stove (a bowl sitting on top of a pot that has simmering water in it).
  2. In another bowl, beat the peanut butter and confectioners sugar on low speed until well combined.
  3. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs and salt.
  4. Pour some of the melted milk chocolate into candy molds or mini muffin tins.
  5. Allow to cool in the refrigerator until the shells are hardened (about 30 minutes).
  6. Remove from the fridge and spoon the peanut butter filling into each cup.
  7. Pour some of the remaining melted milk chocolate over the top to cover the peanut butter.
  8. Gently shake and tap the molds/tins to allow the chocolate to settle.
  9. Allow the cups to harden in the fridge once cooled, they should pop out of the mold easily.
  10. Melt the white chocolate pieces by either using the microwave or double boiler.
  11. Drizzle the top of each cup with the white chocolate and enjoy!
