Try Them in Your Bento Easy Our Family's Kara-age
- 3 fillets Chicken thigh
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1 tsp Shio-koji (optional)
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Grated garlic
- 1/4 tsp Grated ginger
- 2 tsp Katakuriko
- Chop the chicken into 2-3 pieces to fit your bento box.
- Add all the other seasoning ingredients (except for the katakuriko) and mix together .
- Right before deep frying, add the katakuriko to the mixture, deep fry in oil, then it's ready.
