Banana Smoothie / Banana Oats Smoothie

  1. Chop up bananas.
  2. Place all Ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until everything is smooth.
  4. Pour this Banana Smoothie in to long glasses and have it immediately or chilled.

bananas, milk, ground ground nutmeg, oats, sugar, honey, vanilla essence
