Vegan Cranberry Maple Energy Balls

  1. Optional, but recommended: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and place the pecans on a small baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 5 minutes until golden brown and toasted, watching closely to make sure they dont burn.
  3. In a medium bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients, adding the pecans at the end.
  4. Stir until well combined the mixture comes together into a dough.
  5. Roll into balls and devour!
