Five Minute Hot Chocolate Pudding
- 3 tablespoons cornflour
- 1 cup hot chocolate powder
- 2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (optional) or 12 teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)
- Stir together hot chocolate powder and cornflour.
- Slowly whisk in the milk.
- Place in microwave for 3 minutes then stir.
- Microwave for another minute before stirring again.
- Repeat step 4 until consistency changes, usually 2 or 3 minutes, and becomes pudding like.
- Your pudding is ready, here you can stir in either vanilla or peppermint extract to add to the flavor.
- The milk can also be replaced with a lactose free substitute such as Liddels lactose free milk.
