Nice-N-Spicy Red Pork Chops

  1. Trim excess fat from chops.
  2. In a skillet with cover, brown pork chops in butter and oil.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl and pour over browned pork chops.
  4. Cover, reduce heat to medium low and simmer until tender.
  5. (about 30 minutes).
  6. Plate chops and pour gravy over the top.
  7. (Pan gravy can be thinned with a bit of water if its reduced too much while cooking).
