Baked Chicken Reuben

  1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place chicken in a single layer in greased baking pan.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Press excess liquid from sauerkraut and spoon over chicken.
  5. Arrange cheese slices over sauerkraut.
  6. Pour dressing over the top evenly.
  7. Cover pan with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake about 1 1/2 hour or until chicken is tender.
