Baked Chicken Reuben
- 4 chicken breasts
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 16 ounces sauerkraut, well drained
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 1 14 cups thousand island dressing
- Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place chicken in a single layer in greased baking pan.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Press excess liquid from sauerkraut and spoon over chicken.
- Arrange cheese slices over sauerkraut.
- Pour dressing over the top evenly.
- Cover pan with aluminum foil.
- Bake about 1 1/2 hour or until chicken is tender.
