Rum Punch Recipe
- 1 can (6 ounce.) limeade concentrate
- 1 can (6 ounce.) lemonade concentrate
- 1 can (6 ounce.) orange concentrate
- 1 can (12 ounce.) chilled apricot nectar
- 1/2 c. grenadine
- 1 c. rum
- 1 1/4 quarts. crushed ice
- 1 1/4 quarts. sparkling water
- 1 quart. lemon sherbet
- Mix undiluted lime, lemon and orange juice.
- Add in nectar, grenadine and rum.
- Chill, covered, in refrigerator.
- Just before serving, add in ice and sparkling water and mix.
- Pour into punch bowl; add in sherbet by spoonfuls.
- 35 servings.
