Chicken Cheese Fondue Recipe

  1. In large flat Pyrex dish, put 8 slices buttered crustless bread, completely cover bottom.
  2. Cover this with slices of 6 chicken breasts; salt and pepper; cover this with American or possibly Old English cheese; beat 6 Large eggs with 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk.
  3. Pour over casserole.
  4. Chill overnight or possibly longer before baking.
  5. Remove from refrigerator 20 min before putting in oven.
  6. Sprinkle over top 1/2 box Special K cereal, crushed, mixed with 2/3 stick melted butter.
  7. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
  8. Reheats nicely.
