Whiskey-Dunked Wings

  1. Place chicken in single layer on parchment paper-lined full sheet pans (or in lined half sheet pan for trial recipe).
  2. Bake in 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) convection oven 15 min.
  3. or until done (165 degrees F 74 degrees C).
  4. Cool; refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan; cook on medium-low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  6. Keep warm or refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. For each serving: Heat oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  8. Add 6 wings; cook 1 to 2 min.
  9. or until heated through.
  10. Drain wings; toss with 2 Tbsp.
  11. (30 mL) sauce.
