Black Sesame Seed Banana Pancakes with Whey

  1. Combine the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk, then mix in the mashed banana and black sesame seeds.
  2. Warm a frying pan on medium heat.
  3. Take the pan off the heat and place on top of a damp cloth before returning back to the heat.
  4. Turn the heat to low and pour a ladleful of batter into the pan.
  5. When the surface of the pancake begins to bubble, flip it over, and cook for a further 2 minutes.
