Black Sesame Seed Banana Pancakes with Whey
- 200 grams Pancake mix
- 1 Egg (Medium)
- 70 ml Milk
- 80 ml Whey
- 1 Ripe banana
- 2 tsp Black sesame seeds
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk, then mix in the mashed banana and black sesame seeds.
- Warm a frying pan on medium heat.
- Take the pan off the heat and place on top of a damp cloth before returning back to the heat.
- Turn the heat to low and pour a ladleful of batter into the pan.
- When the surface of the pancake begins to bubble, flip it over, and cook for a further 2 minutes.
