Cinnamon Crispy Treats

  1. Spray 13x9inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Combine 1/2 cup Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and marshmallows in 4-quart saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in cereal; mix until well coated.
  4. Pour cereal mixture into prepared pan; press down evenly.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Combine chocolate chips and shortening in small microwave-safe bowl.
  7. Microwave on Medium (50% power) 1 minute; stir.
  8. Continue microwaving, stirring every 15 seconds, until mixture is melted and smooth.
  9. Drizzle over cooled bars.
  10. Let set before cutting.
  11. Variation: Cinnamon Drizzled Crispy Treats.
  12. Omit chocolate drizzle above.
  13. Combine 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in small bowl.
  14. Beat at low speed, adding enough milk for desired drizzling consistency.
  15. Drizzle over cooled bars.
  16. Let set before cutting.
