Crispy Potato Quiche Recipe
- 1 (24 ounce.) pkg. frzn shredded hashbrowns, thawed
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1 c. shredded warm pepper cheese
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c. diced cooked ham (or possibly bacon)
- 1/2 c. half & half
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 6 servings.
- Press thawed hashbrowns between paper towels to remove moisture.
- Fit hashbrowns into greased 10 inch pie plate, forming a solid crust.
- Brush crust with melted butter.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 25 min.
- Remove from oven.
- Sprinkle cheese and ham over bottom of crust.
- Beat half and half with Large eggs and seasoned salt.
- Pour over cheese and ham.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min (or possibly till done).
