Chocolate Delight Cake
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cold brewed coffee
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vinegar
- Preheat your oven to 180AF C (350 degree F).
- Grease and line your 9 inch cake pan.
- Sieve all purpose flour, cocoa powder, Salt, baking soda and baking powder in a big bowl.
- In a medium bowl whisk coffee, vinegar, oil and sugar.
- Keep beating the mixture and add one egg at a time.
- Lastly add vanilla and beat to stir it in.
- Add the egg mixture to the flour and mix.
- Stir milk to the mixture.
- The final batter should be a little runny.
- Bake for 30-40 minute for a cake and 25-30 minutes for cupcakes.When done insert a toothpick in the centre of the cake/cupcake, if it comes out clean your cake is ready else it needs 2-5 minutes more.
- Serve with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
