Chocolate Delight Cake

  1. Preheat your oven to 180AF C (350 degree F).
  2. Grease and line your 9 inch cake pan.
  3. Sieve all purpose flour, cocoa powder, Salt, baking soda and baking powder in a big bowl.
  4. In a medium bowl whisk coffee, vinegar, oil and sugar.
  5. Keep beating the mixture and add one egg at a time.
  6. Lastly add vanilla and beat to stir it in.
  7. Add the egg mixture to the flour and mix.
  8. Stir milk to the mixture.
  9. The final batter should be a little runny.
  10. Bake for 30-40 minute for a cake and 25-30 minutes for cupcakes.When done insert a toothpick in the centre of the cake/cupcake, if it comes out clean your cake is ready else it needs 2-5 minutes more.
  11. Serve with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
  12. Enjoy !
