Cappuccino Meltaways - Mocha Truffles

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, melt the chocolate chips.
  2. Add cream cheese, coffee and water; mix well.
  3. Chill until firm enough to shape.
  4. Shape into 1 inch balls, and place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet.
  5. Chill for 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Melt chocolate coating in microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
  7. Dip balls and place on waxed paper to harden.
  8. If desired, melt white coating and drizzle over truffles.
  9. Store in the refrigerator.
