Simple Hummus
- 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, drained (save the liquid to thin hummus as desired)
- 14 cup liquid (from can of chick peas or water)
- 14 cup tahini (sesame paste)
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
- salt and pepper
- Pour everything in the blender or food processor and blend until very smooth.
- Top with drizzle of olive oil and chopped parsley, can sprinkle with paprika.
