Beer Battered Chicken Recipe

  2. Rinse chicken, and slice into 1 inch strips.
  3. In a medium bowl, stir together 1-c. flour, and baking pwdr.
  4. Fold in the Large eggs and beer.
  5. Place remaining 1/2-c. flour in a small bowl.

  7. Heat oil in a deep heavy skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  9. Coat chicken strips in flour.
  10. Dip floured strips into the batter.
  11. Fry a few at a time in warm oil, turning once, till coating is golden on both sides.
  12. Remove, and keep hot till serving.
