Beer Battered Chicken Recipe
- 1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, divided
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. cool beer
- 3 c. oil for frying

- Rinse chicken, and slice into 1 inch strips.
- In a medium bowl, stir together 1-c. flour, and baking pwdr.
- Fold in the Large eggs and beer.
- Place remaining 1/2-c. flour in a small bowl.

- Heat oil in a deep heavy skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- 3.
- Coat chicken strips in flour.
- Dip floured strips into the batter.
- Fry a few at a time in warm oil, turning once, till coating is golden on both sides.
- Remove, and keep hot till serving.
