Marinated Veggie Sandwich

  1. SLICE a 1/2 " thick cap off bread, hollow out interior (reserve this for another use) and spread dressing on bottom, sides and cap.
  2. Saute mushrooms in oil until golden brown.
  3. Remove and let cool.
  4. LAYER bread with half of the cheese, mushrooms, peppers, and artichoke hearts.
  5. Repeat layers to fill an inch over the top of bread.
  6. Press on cap and wrap in foil.
  7. HEAT in oven for 30 minutes at 400F or until cheese has melted.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Cut into 6 wedges with a serrated knife.
