Marinated Veggie Sandwich
- 6 cups Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing
- 4 Round loaf of crusty bread
- 1/2 cup olive or oil
- 24 cups button mushrooms, sliced
- 16 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 16 cups roasted red peppers, sliced
- 16 cups artichoke hearts, quartered
- SLICE a 1/2 " thick cap off bread, hollow out interior (reserve this for another use) and spread dressing on bottom, sides and cap.
- Saute mushrooms in oil until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool.
- LAYER bread with half of the cheese, mushrooms, peppers, and artichoke hearts.
- Repeat layers to fill an inch over the top of bread.
- Press on cap and wrap in foil.
- HEAT in oven for 30 minutes at 400F or until cheese has melted.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
- Cut into 6 wedges with a serrated knife.
