Tacos And Cheese Sauce Recipe
- box of hard tacos or possibly soft flour tortillas
- 1 pound grnd chuck
- 1/2 c. water
- warm sauce
- minced onion
- shredded lettuce
- minced tomato
- shredded extra sharp cheddar
- Mix ingredients for Taco Seasoning and set aside in a small bowl.
- Separate chuck and brown in a pan, drain all fat.
- Add in the water and proportionately shower the chuck with the seasoning Taco Seasoning.
- Mix till distributed proportionately and mixed thoroughly, then let simmer on low heat for 20 min.
- While the chuck is simmering, prepare the Cheese Sauce.
- First, heat the butter.
- Combine flour and salt, then pour into butter while mixing thoroughly.
- Slowly pour in lowfat milk while mixing, continuing to stir till thick or possibly fully dissolved.
- Add in cheese and stir till dissolved and creamy.
- Makes about 1 1/3 c..
- When meat is finished, turn off flame and fill tacos or possibly tortillas.
- Load up with your desired toppings and generously drizzle with cheese sauce.
- Frank's Original RedHot Cayenne pepper sauce is highly recommended for topping off the cheese!
- Makes about 4-5 taco's.
