Glazed Pork Chops with Squash

  1. Place squash on microwaveable plate.
  2. Microwave on HIGH 10 min.
  3. or until tender, rotating plate after 5 min.
  4. Cut squash into thin wedges.
  5. Mix dressing, water and ginger.
  6. Cook chops in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 3 min.
  7. on each side.
  8. Move chops to one side of skillet.
  9. Reduce heat to medium-low; add dressing mixture to skillet.
  10. Turn chops to evenly coat both sides of each with dressing mixture; cover.
  11. Simmer 2 min.
  12. ; turn chops.
  13. Add squash to skillet; turn to evenly coat both sides of each wedge with dressing mixture.
  14. Simmer, covered, 4 min.
  15. or until dressing mixture is thickened and chops are done (145F).
  16. Let stand 3 min.
  17. Serve chops and squash topped with dressing mixture.
