Cauliflower and Broccoli Gratin

  1. Steam or boil the cauliflower and broccoli until just tender; drain well.
  2. Combine the Vegie Pourover and milk then toss through the vegetables.
  3. Place into a greased 20cm square baking dish.
  4. Combine the breadcrumbs, parsley, butter and seasoning.
  5. Sprinkle over the top then bake at 200C for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve as an accompaniment.
