Cauliflower and Broccoli Gratin
- 250g cauliflower florets Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 250g broccoli florets
- 2/3 cup KRAFT Cheese Vegie Pourover
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 20g butter, melted
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Steam or boil the cauliflower and broccoli until just tender; drain well.
- Combine the Vegie Pourover and milk then toss through the vegetables.
- Place into a greased 20cm square baking dish.
- Combine the breadcrumbs, parsley, butter and seasoning.
- Sprinkle over the top then bake at 200C for 15 minutes.
- Serve as an accompaniment.
