Cream Cheese Ball

  1. Chop the green onions and the pastromi, (I use Buddig).
  2. Mix all together.
  3. Spoon it onto a large piece of saran wrap.
  4. As you close up the saran wrap around it shape it into a ball.
  5. Place in the fridge until you are ready to use.
  6. Just unwrap and place on a decorative plate with crackers around it.
  7. We use gluten free crackers, or corn chips.
  8. Make a seperate ball for gluten free people to avoid contamination.
