Cream Cheese Ball
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 bunch of small green onion
- 6 ounces pastrami
- Chop the green onions and the pastromi, (I use Buddig).
- Mix all together.
- Spoon it onto a large piece of saran wrap.
- As you close up the saran wrap around it shape it into a ball.
- Place in the fridge until you are ready to use.
- Just unwrap and place on a decorative plate with crackers around it.
- We use gluten free crackers, or corn chips.
- Make a seperate ball for gluten free people to avoid contamination.
