Easy Mushrooms and Green Beans
- 1/2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) fire-roasted diced tomatoes with garlic, drained
- 2 slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Bring beans and water to boil in large saucepan; simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min.
- or until beans are crisp-tender.
- Heat dressing in medium skillet on medium heat.
- Add onions and mushrooms; cook 5 to 7 min.
- or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Stir in tomatoes; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until most the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
- Drain beans; spoon into serving bowl.
- Top with onion mixture, bacon and cheese.
